Mrs. Sushma Bhadauria has been working at Unison World School since 2018 as Dean Activities and Senior Faculty Accounts in ISC and teacher Accounting in CAIE curriculum. She is a result-oriented professional with nearly 25 years of extensively rich experience in Teaching, Curriculum Development, Counselling including 15 years of experience in General Administration. She is Acknowledged with a Letter of Appreciation from, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India for two consecutive years in 2014 & 2015. She was adjudged with the Best Teacher Award in 2013. Mrs. Bhadauria also introduced Money Smart School Programme by NISM and received a Certificate in Professional Development Course: Inclusive Classroom – Enrichment by CAIE in 2019. Mrs. Bhadauria also received a Certificate in Global Career Counselling Program by UCLA in 2020. Making Future-ready principal Certification by My Progressive School, India in 2020 and a Certificate in School Leadership and Management by NCSL NIEPA 2021.

Mrs. Bhadauria’s life mantra is “You have a right to act alone, never to its fruit. Your motivation should not be the fruit of action nor should you be attached to inaction”. Mrs. Bhadauria’s idols are Acharya Chanakya and Mr. G Balasubramanian (Former CBSE Academic Director). She believes that Education is your best friend.
